Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain – Government Property to join our Logistics and Property Management East region site execution team in State College, PA. This position plays a vital role in driving operational excellence and maintaining compliance for Customer and Company property. In this role, you will manage and safeguard U.S. Government property, conducting quarterly inventory reports to submit to the Customer, while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company and government standards. A large portion Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as PMO and Contracts, Facilities, EH&S, Security, IT, and other internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Logistics and Property Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing government, customer, and company property requirements at the State College, PA facility providing direction and guidance to other business functions..
Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that business needs are met.
Ability to effectively communicate with program managers, directors, functional leadership, customer representatives and government agencies related to property activities to ensure accurate and timely quarterly inventory reports.
Skilled in team building, conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility, respect, and trust.
Responsible for all Receipt/Inspection of inbound shipments, and Packaging/Shipment of outbound deliveries for the site.
Be able to lift (knees to shoulders), 28 pounds (2-handed), 12 pounds (1-handed) or 2-handed lifting below knee or above shoulder, 18 pounds.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access prior to start date.
Experience working in logistics, government property management, operations, and/or supply chain.
Qualifications We Prefer
National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment.
Experience with Special Program Access.
Experience with Office 365, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
Be able to lift (knees to shoulders), 28 pounds (2-handed), 12 pounds (1-handed) or 2-handed lifting below knee or above shoulder, 18 pounds.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
