Military Program Manager

As the Military Program Manager at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives. You will build, manage, and scale a repeatable enterprise military talent pipelining approach aligned to priority business roles, locations, future projected hiring volume, and timing. You will own the military talent strategy, partner ecosystem, MOS and Rate translation, event activation, SkillBridge candidate lifecycle, governance, measurement, and continuous improvement required to bring military-connected talent into a longer term, predictable pipeline of talent, supplying talent for future needs aligned to the business strategy.
