Exp Manufacturing Technician

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Technician – Electronic Assembly / PCBA provides hands-on technical support for printed circuit board and electronics assembly processes. Working under the direction of manufacturing engineers and area leadership, the technician operates, sets up, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment while supporting safe, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing. The role helps sustain standard work, equipment availability, product quality, and timely escalation of technical issues in a mid-sized factory.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing to cost-effective production and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
