Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with engineering functions related to generation, assembly, and verification of information.
- Repair, maintain, and calibrate a variety of electronic instruments and control panels.
- Interpret drawings, project materials, and production orders.
- Assemble, build, and wire cables and subassemblies.
- Conduct basic continuity testing and make modifications and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on electronic instruments and devices.
- Operate test and calibration equipment and perform soldering and crimping tasks.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical program.
- Technical programs such as Naval Nuclear or other military programs are acceptable substitutes.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project materials.
- Skills in assembly and wiring of electronic components.
- Experience with test and calibration equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
