Responsibilities
- Supports manufacturing planning and implements plans on the factory floor.
- Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Maintains manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions.
- Implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Performs producibility assessments for designs.
- Validates production readiness of solutions for complex problems.
- Investigates and resolves significant manufacturing-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of work-related experience or equivalent education.
- Experience in production or MRO planning preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing planning systems (GOLDesp) preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to coordinate with various departments.
