Responsibilities
- Drive manufacturing readiness across all development phases while owning operations commitments and milestones.
- Lead manufacturing cost optimization initiatives and own risk assessment/mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Materials NPI Program Manager on material readiness and risk-buy decisions.
- Manage up to two concurrent programs through development phases and transition to Sustaining Operations.
- Drive production line establishment and qualification through EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
- Deliver weekly executive program updates highlighting program status, manufacturing readiness, costs/risks, and dependencies.
- Lead operations core team meetings and document key decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in manufacturing operations or related technical field.
- 7+ years of program management experience leading complex hardware programs.
- 5+ years direct experience with contract manufacturer engagement in Asia.
- Proven track record of successful NPI programs from concept through mass production.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing program budgets and CAPEX.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership decisions through data-driven recommendations.
