Sr Operations Program Manager, eero, eero MFG+

The role is for a Senior Operations Program Manager at eero, focusing on leading complex hardware development programs through new product introduction (NPI) at contract manufacturers. The position aims to ensure timely delivery of quality WiFi products by managing factory execution and yields.

• Drive manufacturing readiness across development phases and own operations commitments.
• Manage factory execution and yield management to meet production requirements.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and risk assessment strategies.
• Coordinate with teams on material readiness and BOM validation.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs through development phases.
• Drive production line establishment and qualification.
• Deliver weekly executive program updates and track yield and quality metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of program management experience with complex hardware programs.
• 5+ years of direct experience with contract manufacturers in Asia.
• Proven track record of successful NPI programs from concept to mass production.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing program budgets.
• Ability to influence senior leadership decisions through data-driven recommendations.
