Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions in multiple areas and lead smaller projects.
- Review customer documentation and conduct research and experiments.
- Create technical proposals based on requirements.
- Prepare calculations and complete technical drawings for proposed solutions.
- Modify and implement systems to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Submit designs for review and utilize feedback for improvements.
- Develop and execute product test plans and prepare test reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of related experience in similar roles.
- Introductory knowledge of design processes for systems and printed circuit boards.
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
