Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring collaboration with customers and engineering teams.
- Understand customer mission challenges and represent their needs in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with Anduril engineers to build solutions and pivot deployment as needed.
- Communicate effectively across various audiences, ensuring understanding of project goals.
- Manage operational deployments and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and remove obstacles to drive project clarity and progress.
- Provide support in balancing competing priorities and managing issue escalations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly managing DoD programs.
- Operational background with complex software and hardware systems.
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong presentation and report delivery skills to leadership and customers.
- Willingness to travel and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
