Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer and engineering teams.
- Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and adapt solutions based on client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, tailoring narratives to different audiences.
- Manage the operational deployment of systems, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and resolve communication gaps and obstacles to project progress.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leadership and customers.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in managing DoD programs.
- Background in operational roles with complex software and hardware systems.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for technical and programmatic content.
- Willingness to travel and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and customer focus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
