Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish, collaborating with customers and engineering teams.
- Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineers to build solutions and adapt deployments as necessary.
- Create narratives that communicate project goals to various stakeholders.
- Ensure successful deployment of projects and manage schedules and budgets.
- Identify and remove obstacles to progress, managing communication and issues effectively.
- Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly managing DoD programs.
- Operational experience with complex software and hardware systems.
- Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical reports.
- Willingness to travel and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
