Responsibilities
- Develop fabrication manufacturing and integration processes for engine components.
- Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes for high-rate production.
- Collaborate with design/development engineers to optimize manufacturability and reliability.
- Oversee new product introductions and revisions.
- Maintain ownership over production line processes, quality, and safety.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal fabrication shops and vendors to meet production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with engine or fluid system design, development, or fabrication.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or spacecraft systems preferred.
- Expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
