Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing and production operations initiatives for key products.
- Cultivate effective working relationships among technical teams and stakeholders.
- Manage logistics strategy and operational planning.
- Ensure successful execution of strategic product development objectives.
- Lead contract manufacturing partner management and production readiness.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for production planning.
- Address various partners from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or engineering preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in ERP/MRP and PLM systems.
- Knowledge of hardware product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Experience leading overseas manufacturing partners.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Project and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
