Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing and production operations initiatives for key products.
- Cultivate effective working relationships among technical teams and contract manufacturing partners.
- Apply program/project management methodologies to product development.
- Manage logistics strategy and strategic component sourcing.
- Liaise with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hardware product safety and regulatory certifications.
- Coordinate production readiness with engineering and operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or engineering-related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of validated experience in product development or manufacturing operations.
- Significant experience with ERP/MRP and PLM systems.
- Strong knowledge of hardware product safety and compliance processes.
- Experience leading overseas manufacturing partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Project and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
