Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical experts to advocate for and implement Arm’s solutions.
- Engage with senior engineering and business executives to drive technical development.
- Represent Arm’s technology vision at events and workshops.
- Drive the adoption of Arm’s product portfolio, including compute subsystems and software tools.
- Collaborate across various organizations to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Simplify and provide solutions to complex problems effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex systems, digital design, or application engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of CPU/GPU/compute subsystems and SoC development tools.
- Proven experience in leading high-performance teams.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical solutions.
- Preferred Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of AI compute workloads, automotive electrification, and data centers.
- Established network with semiconductor companies and the Arm ecosystem.
