Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical experts to advocate for and implement Arm’s solutions.
- Drive engagement with senior engineering and business executives.
- Represent Arm’s technology vision at regional events and customer workshops.
- Oversee the adoption of Arm’s product portfolio, including compute subsystems and software tools.
- Ensure alignment of customer requirements with Arm’s offerings.
- Articulate Arm’s compute solution strategy in key domains.
- Collaborate across various organizations to execute the regional lead's vision.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex systems, digital design, SoC development, or application engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of CPU/GPU/compute subsystems and development tools.
- Experience leading high-performance teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of data center, automotive electrification, and AI compute workloads.
- Established network within semiconductor companies and the Arm ecosystem.
