Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering studies, including power factor analysis, harmonic modeling, and grounding analysis.
- Provide engineering-related design, analysis, and studies.
- Design and troubleshoot protective relaying and controls.
- Occasionally work with the Field Services team on various projects.
- Interact with customers to gather critical information and maintain relationships.
- Engage in hands-on activities with engineering and field service teams.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems studies.
- Willingness to work in the field alongside technicians.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with power system modeling software.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of protective relay projects and power quality studies is a plus.
- Utility design experience is advantageous.
