Responsibilities
- Conduct CFD, FNM, and mechanical design studies for cooling architectures.
- Build and refine CAD models and digital twin components.
- Work hands-on in thermal labs with cooling systems and prototype equipment.
- Set up and run experiments using LabVIEW or similar tools.
- Support mechanical build activities and assemble test fixtures.
- Assist in R&D for various cooling technologies.
- Generate test reports and analyze data for validation.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with CFD tools and flow network modeling.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and testing.
- Proficiency in CAD software and R&D lab safety.
- Experience with LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB.
- Strong foundation in heat transfer and thermal system design.
- Experience with liquid cooling systems is a plus.
