Responsibilities
- Support operations during autonomous vehicle testing and customer missions.
- Analyze software issues and document corrective actions.
- Develop monitoring and reporting systems for fleet operations.
- Propose and lead technical projects for the Robotics Reliability Engineering team.
- Build tools for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Participate in on-call support rotation for software issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify risks and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong systematic analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in building tools for Linux systems.
- Proficiency in coding (C/C++, Python, Golang, Bash).
- Understanding of Unix/Linux internals and networking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in on-call support rotation.
