Responsibilities
- Perform static, dynamic, and DaDT structural analyses of metallic and composite airframe structures and mechanical systems.
- Ensure designs meet program requirements and are optimized for weight, cost, and quality.
- Derive non-flight applied loads and perform weight and stiffness optimization using tools like FEMAP and NX.
- Collaborate in a team environment to prioritize and adjust tasks for project completion.
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain government Secret clearance and program access as required.
- Participate in various levels of structural analysis projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Experience in structural analysis, particularly in airframe or crew systems (preferred).
- Proficiency with software applications such as FEMAP, NX, and Teamcenter (preferred).
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- U.S. Citizenship required for positions with government clearance.
