Responsibilities
- Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT)
- Cultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities
- Developing new business opportunities through strategic planning
- Establishing a program organization that addresses customer requirements
- Measuring and reporting program performance
- Delivering presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Managing suppliers to meet program objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of program manager experience or master's degree and 8 years of experience
- 5+ years of managing development programs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in the aerospace/defense sector
- Proficiency in program management tools (EVMS, IMS, etc.)
- Active US Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Preferred: PMP® certification and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
- Ability to define technical strategy for business capture
