Responsibilities
- Leading cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program objectives.
- Cultivating customer relationships to develop new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of program management experience or a master’s degree and 8 years of experience.
- 5+ years of managing development programs in the aerospace/defense sector.
- Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in program management tools like EVMS and IMS.
- Active US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Proposal Management and the aerospace/defense industry.
