Responsibilities
- Build high-quality harness assemblies.
- Perform incoming quality inspection for harness builds.
- Organize and manage prototype test setups/fixtures.
- Conduct testing on electrical components and assemblies.
- Perform soldering, mechanical assemblies, and subsystem builds.
- Manage BOMs and organize lab inventories.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an R&D or development lab environment.
- Experience with prototype builds and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and build harnesses from drawings.
- Proficiency with soldering iron, multimeter, and crimping tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong decision-making skills in complex situations.
