Responsibilities
- Design, procure, integrate, and test mechanical modules to meet system performance requirements.
- Create, check, and release formal engineering documentation to transfer design to production.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to help with service and manufacturing issues.
- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD software tools (e.g., Creo, ProE, Solidworks, AutoCAD).
- Apply knowledge of material deformation/strength and tolerance control.
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
- Work on projects that contribute to semiconductor manufacturing solutions.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum of two years of college at an accredited four-year university.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Exposure to CAD software tools (2D and 3D).
- Understanding of material deformation/strength and tolerance control is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
