Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality designs and systems integration for commercial electric vehicles.
- Follow project management processes to maintain schedules and functionality.
- Ensure quality and reliability standards are met and exceeded on all components.
- Analyze system needs to influence design architecture.
- Develop and document engineering specifications for vehicle control functions.
- Drive collaborative efforts with cross-divisional teams on design direction.
- Support validation activities to maintain quality and reliability standards.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior or senior standing preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling software such as Creo.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and solve complex technical issues.
- Active participation in engineering clubs or related activities.
