Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate engineering assignments for aircraft interior configurations and components.
- Review and ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives and Technical Directives.
- Implement design changes to meet airline objectives and management directives.
- Develop engineering procedures and standards to comply with FAA requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to various departments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for systems and components.
- Evaluate new methods and materials for potential cost benefits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with data analysis tools such as Python, Excel, and SQL.
- Ability to interpret technical engineering documents.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel and work variable hours.
- Valid Driver License and ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
