Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation of requirements for software development
- Performing testing and on-board validation of software packages on equipment
- Leading an entry-level project to implement a new feature onto CNH equipment
- Defining system-level features and decomposing them into subsystem definitions and requirements
- Collaborating across engineering disciplines to coordinate system definition, design, and integration
- Working with software development teams on implementation and integration of software into vehicles
- Supporting root cause analysis on issues involving controller software, hardware I/O, wire harnessing, and mechanical subsystems
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Interest in hands-on experience in systems engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively across different engineering disciplines
- Familiarity with software testing and validation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and apply engineering principles to real-world equipment development
