Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
- Conduct data analysis on manufacturing performance to identify trends and lead process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical and automation solutions.
- Perform business case evaluations for new manufacturing technologies and equipment investments.
- Communicate recommendations to senior-level executives and drive implementation alongside facilities technicians.
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards in mechanical design and manufacturing operations.
- Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical process engineering and manufacturing automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, and PLC programming.
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
- Knowledge of robotics, control systems, and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience in the data center industry or manufacturing environments.
