Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Conduct data analysis on manufacturing performance to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Lead process improvement projects based on data analysis findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical and automation solutions.
- Perform business case evaluations for new manufacturing technologies and equipment investments.
- Communicate recommendations to senior-level executives.
- Drive implementation of improvements alongside facilities technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical process engineering and manufacturing automation.
- Proficiency with CAD software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, and PLC programming.
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and product quality management systems.
- Knowledge of robotics, control systems, and statistical analysis tools.
