Responsibilities
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies in 3D CAD.
- Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T.
- Perform tolerance stack-ups and review quality reports.
- Prototype, build, and test components/systems.
- Lead testing and validation efforts at various levels.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers on electromechanical designs.
- Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams for production.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Expert in 3D CAD software for complex designs.
- Experience owning and designing mechanical systems end-to-end.
- Familiarity with engineering analysis and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods.
- Experience shipping hardware at scale and driving corrective actions.
