Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Extron products and technologies.
- Identify solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection, and system design for audio-visual applications.
- Assist customers by providing technical information and support for Extron products.
- Interface with customers through phone and e-mail correspondence.
- Work with the sales team as a technical advisor for product applications.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with Extron products and services.
- Potentially travel as required for customer support.
Job Requirements
- BSEE / BSCE Degree or similar degree; new graduates welcome.
- Ability to communicate effectively in presentations to various group sizes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional office environment.
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
- No prior experience required, as entry-level candidates are welcome.
