Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a global automation & controls team.
- Establish clear objectives and measurable outcomes for automation initiatives.
- Identify and implement groundbreaking automation solutions, integrating robotics, AI, and IoT.
- Create and implement an Automation strategy for operational performance.
- Oversee the selection and deployment of automation and control systems globally.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, OT, and supply chain teams for seamless implementation.
- Cultivate partnerships with technology providers to stay ahead of automation trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in automation and controls in manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial automation, PLC/DCS systems, robotics, AI, and IoT integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale automation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of diverse manufacturing environments and international compliance standards.
