Responsibilities
- Own and execute reliability test plans for new products, coordinating with labs.
- Assess IC, package, and process reliability to industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product reliability.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and IC test methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with accelerated life testing and reliability estimation.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and electrical characterization.
- Experience with failure analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
