Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electrical testing processes, focusing on circuit and end-of-line testing.
- Design and optimize electrical testing systems for efficiency and reliability.
- Establish best practices and standards for electrical testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with teams for integration of testing solutions into new product introductions.
- Develop tools and processes for functional testing to transition from NPI to mass production.
- Implement monitoring and control systems for visibility into test results.
- Troubleshoot issues with testing and metrology equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in process engineering or electrical testing.
- Expertise in circuit testing methods.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong background in statistical methods and data visualization.
- Ability to interpret complex test data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
