Responsibilities

  • Support the industrialization of new products in areas such as solar arrays and avionics.
  • Contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and design for test (DFT).
  • Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing and test processes.
  • Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing and test documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement new manufacturing and test technologies.
  • Support root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for non-conformances.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in test operations or as a Test & Launch Engineer.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware related to avionics or electrical systems.
  • 1+ years of experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
  • Ability to support off-shift and extended hours as required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Preferred: Experience with automated test equipment and AS9100 quality standards.
