Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new products in areas such as solar arrays and avionics.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and design for test (DFT).
- Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing and test processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing and test documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing and test technologies.
- Support root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for non-conformances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test operations or as a Test & Launch Engineer.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware related to avionics or electrical systems.
- 1+ years of experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Ability to support off-shift and extended hours as required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Preferred: Experience with automated test equipment and AS9100 quality standards.
