Responsibilities
- Review Purchase Requests for quality clause application.
- Develop and maintain Supplier Quality procedures.
- Evaluate current and potential suppliers for quality and technical capability.
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Lead suppliers in resolving discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Validate effectiveness of corrective actions taken by suppliers.
- Communicate supplier performance to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience or AS9100 certification.
- Experience in AS9100/AS9120 auditing.
- Ability to work onsite and travel up to 50%.
- Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent time management and self-initiation skills.
