Responsibilities
- Lead refurbishment and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Investigate hardware failures to uncover direct and root causes.
- Own implementation of corrective actions, including design and work order changes.
- Support non-conformance corrective action processes.
- Develop tracking tools and monitor trends through data analysis.
- Coordinate reliability priorities across teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and maintenance professionals.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years in an engineering/scientific/operational role.
- Proven track record in multiple technical disciplines (mechanical, fluid, electrical).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of quality and configuration management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
