Responsibilities
- Collaborate with responsible engineers to create Verification and Validation (V&V) artifacts for NASA review.
- Use systems engineering tools like Jira to manage the V&V process and track progress.
- Implement additional tooling for clarity in reviews for Astrolab and NASA.
- Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for interfacing NASA systems.
- Create and iterate deliverables to meet NASA instructions.
- Participate in Human Systems Integration workflows, collaborating on human systems requirements.
- Produce interactive user interface wireframes using Figma and engage with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a STEM discipline.
- Previous experience with space or robotics systems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate between different teams effectively.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools and interest in space exploration is a plus.
