Responsibilities
- Architect and design electrical engineering solutions for robotics, including PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Develop schematics, guide board layout, assemble, test, debug, and integrate multi-component electrical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners, both internal and external.
- Engage in continuous learning and problem-solving in robotics.
- Conduct electrical design verification using standard test and measurement equipment.
- Assemble and test electrical systems, including soldering and mechanical assembly.
- Innovate and solve complex design problems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering with a track record in consumer product development.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with robotic systems, including battery systems, power conversion, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in schematic and layout design using industry-standard tools.
- Hands-on lab experience with assembly and testing of electrical systems.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and safety teams.
- Preferred: MS degree in a related field and 8+ years in advanced development or research.
