Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end firmware delivery for assigned programs.
- Scope technical feasibility of new products with architects and leads.
- Define and drive program plans based on technical guidance.
- Build and execute a comprehensive program plan and schedule.
- Establish program management artifacts and metrics.
- Serve as the primary program contact for firmware-related matters.
- Communicate program status and technical issues to executive teams.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in firmware or embedded software development.
- Technical leadership or program management experience with measurable results.
- Knowledge of hardware/software co-development programs.
- Creative problem-solving and debugging skills in complex systems.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills with executives.
- Experience in high-pressure environments with competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
