Responsibilities
- Conduct research into materials and component technologies.
- Design and test features to meet program objectives.
- Perform test failure analysis and validate solutions for product development.
- Provide detailed part design and product documentation.
- Analyze field failures and evaluate solutions for production issues.
- Foster positive team interactions to achieve program objectives.
- Lead project teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer/handheld product development.
- 3+ years of experience in product validation (Shock/Drop, Cycle Testing, Environmental Testing).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Experience with 3D CAD skills, specifically Creo.
- Knowledge of Tolerance Analysis and Statistical Process Control (Cp, CpK).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
