About the Role
We're looking for a talented Digital Design Engineer to join our team, where you'll architect and design high-performance digital circuits that seamlessly interface with cutting-edge analog systems. You'll work across a diverse set of communication protocols — including CAN, LIN, 1394, and Ethernet — contributing to full end-to-end system solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
What You'll Do
Define architecture and micro-architecture for complex digital systems
Write and review RTL code, and drive designs through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure
Develop test methods and specifications, and contribute to application notes and datasheets
Solve complex engineering challenges by assessing and applying a range of techniques and methodologies
Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, delivering results on time with minimal supervision
Collaborate closely with a world-class team of analog and digital design engineers to solve problems and drive innovation
What We're Looking For
Strong background in digital circuit design and familiarity with analog-digital interfaces
Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, 1394, and/or Ethernet
Proficiency in RTL design, synthesis, and verification flows
Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic, analytical mindset
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes proactively to group discussions

Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- A thorough understanding of digital logic design
- Familiarity with the Verilog language and simulators
- A good understanding of analog functionality and exposure to analog IC design methods
- Ability to solve problems using a systematic approach
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with System Verilog
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
