Inspector to inspect precision machined components, fabricated metal parts, electronic assemblies, and electro-mechanical hardware used in our products.
This role supports production quality by performing incoming inspections, reviewing documentation, identifying nonconforming material, and working with cross-functional teams in an
ISO
9001-certified manufacturing environment.

Duties
&
Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming machined, fabricated, electronic, and electro-mechanical components in accordance with inspection requirements, engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, and other inspection equipment.
Verify supplier documentation,
Certificates of
Conformance, and
First
Article
Inspection
(FAI) packages when required.
Review and process nonconforming material, document findings, and support disposition activities with
Production,
Engineering,
Purchasing, and
Quality teams.
Enter inspection results and quality data into company systems and generate reports as needed.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical prints, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Help ensure compliance with company quality procedures and
ISO
9001 requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

Job
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience performing dimensional inspections of machined, fabricated, electronic, or electro-mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical prints, and specifications.
Experience using inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with
Microsoft
Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to
50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
Strongly

Experience with
GD&T
(Geometric
Dimensioning
&
Tolerancing).
Familiarity with
First
Article
Inspection
(FAI) documentation.
Knowledge of
CNC machined parts, metal fabrication processes, and mechanical fasteners.
Familiarity with welding processes and weld inspection techniques.
Experience performing incoming, receiving, in-process, or final inspections in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment, or electro-mechanical manufacturing environments.
Experience working in an
ISO
9001,
AS9100, or similar quality-managed manufacturing environment.
Experience using
SAP,
SharePoint, or similar business systems.
Experience with optical measurement systems such as
Keyence equipment.

Salary Range: $48,400.00-$64,500.000
