Quality

Assurance

intern at Stryker, you will gain

hands-on experience supporting quality processes that help ensure our products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements,

and

customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Quality Management System activities, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help drive

compliance

across product and process quality initiatives.

You will contribute to projects that

strengthen quality systems, improve documentation, and support safe, effective products for patients and customers:

  • Support Quality Management System activities to help

    maintain

    compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal procedures

  • Assist with Nonconformance reporting by helping investigate quality issues, document findings, and support

    timely

    resolution

  • Contribute to Corrective and Preventive Action activities by supporting root cause analysis, action planning, and effectiveness checks

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, and Operations to support quality initiatives

  • Review and organize quality documentation, records, and process information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with procedural requirements

  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening quality processes, reducing risk, and improving efficiency

  • Gain exposure to audits, quality metrics, and compliance activities that help ensure products and processes meet Stryker’s

    high standards

Majors Targeted:

Scientific or technical disciplines preferred (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields)

What You Need

​​

  • Currently pursuing a

    Bachelor’s or Master’s

    degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship

    .

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)

  • Must be legally

    authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future

    .

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency

    in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

min hourly wage – $3

5

max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
