Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations

We are looking for a Retail Logistics & Replenishment Manager, Americas to keep our retail partners in stock and our product moving efficiently. Oura is experiencing explosive momentum, delivering 100% YoY growth over the past three years — moving from zero retailers in 2023 to multiple active major accounts today, with more launches slated for this year alone. In this individual contributor role, you will own replenishment planning and day-to-day logistics execution for a set of retail accounts — from forecasting what each retailer needs, to making sure it arrives on time, compliant, and at the right cost. You'll work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, our 3PL partners, and our internal Trade and Logistics teams.

This is a hybrid role onsite 2–3x per week in SF.

What you'll do

Replenishment & Inventory Planning

• Own replenishment for assigned Americas retail accounts, using sell-through, on-hand, and forecast data to recommend order quantities and keep target weeks of supply.
• Monitor retailer in-stock rates, inventory health, and aged or excess inventory, and act quickly to prevent out-of-stocks and overstocks.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Sales to align retailer forecasts with Oura's supply plan, and provide retail inputs into the S&OP process.
• Plan initial inventory buys and allocations for new retailer launches, new products, and promotional or seasonal events.
• Work in retailer portals and EDI (e.g., POs, 852 sales/inventory data, ASNs) to track orders, sell-through, and inventory positions.

Logistics Execution & Launch Operations

• Manage day-to-day logistics for assigned accounts, keeping shipments on time, in full, and compliant.
• Support the onboarding of new retailers in our pipeline by reviewing routing guides and technical requirements and helping set up our 3PL partners for smooth launches.
• Monitor compliance with routing guides, packaging/labeling requirements, and EDI readiness, flagging and resolving issues before they affect delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed and shorten PO-to-delivery timeframes.

Financial Performance & Compliance Analysis

• Build and maintain cost analyses across Prepaid and Collect freight models to inform distribution decisions and cost-to-serve.
• Support logistics cost-down initiatives by analyzing spend and recommending ways to reduce retail cost-per-unit.
• Maintain retail KPI reporting — including in-stock %, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, and cost-per-unit — and turn the data into clear recommendations.

Cross-Functional & Network Collaboration

• Partner with Sales and Account Management to share replenishment and logistics requirements during new account discussions and retailer business reviews.
• Work with internal Trade Compliance and Global Logistics teams on warehouse and distribution needs as we expand into Canada and LATAM.
• Collaborate with technical and IT teams to automate replenishment and tracking workflows, reduce data errors, and improve inventory and shipment visibility.

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in retail replenishment, inventory planning, retail logistics, or supply chain operations, ideally within a product-shipping industry (e.g., CPG, Consumer Electronics, Apparel).
• Hands-on experience managing replenishment for major retail accounts, including forecasting, order planning, and working with retailer portals and EDI sales/inventory data.
• Working knowledge of retail compliance and routing guides.
• Solid analytical skills, with experience building inventory, forecast, or freight cost-to-serve analyses (familiarity with Prepaid vs. Collect structures is a plus).
• Experience working with 3PLs and cross-functional partners such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade Compliance, or Logistics (exposure to Canada/LATAM distribution a plus).
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to represent supply and logistics needs to internal teams and retail partners.
• Strong data skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL, BI tools, or planning systems a plus) and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1: $119,000 - $140,000

Region 2: $106,250 - $125,000

Region 3: $99,450 - $117,000
