Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Sophomore standing or above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, JMP, Minitab, or similar analytical tools.

This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment, supporting initiatives focused on process optimization, yield improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will work alongside engineers, technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support projects that directly impact factory performance. This role provides valuable exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies and engineering practices while developing technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing Engineers in process improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity projects.
- Analyze manufacturing and equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and engineering procedures.
- Support process qualifications, equipment evaluations, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Collect and analyze data related to process capability, throughput, cycle time, quality, and equipment performance.
- Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership.
