Qualifications – External

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing processes is preferred.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.

• 
  Support sourcing managers in managing external manufacturing suppliers and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Coordinate and track RFQ activities, including supplier communications, quotation collection, cost comparisons, and data analysis.
• Assist in preparing supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendation packages.
• Maintain supplier databases, pricing records, contracts, and sourcing documentation.
• Analyze supplier quotes, cost structures, lead times, and capacity information.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support sourcing projects.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for sourcing and business reviews.
• Participate in supplier meetings and document action items and follow-up activities.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify supply chain opportunities and risks.
