Meta is seeking a program manager to join Meta Superintelligence Labs which is focused on making significant progress in AI. As a program manager within the Embodied AI team, you will join a dynamic group of research scientists and engineers pioneering the frontier of AI technologies in robotics, AR, and VR. Your role will involve not only contributing to this groundbreaking research but also sharing our discoveries with the global community. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier scientists and engineers. Responsibilities
Maintain and drive development & deployment of technical solutions Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables Collaborate across Meta Superintelligence Labs and our partners to define roadmap and long-term strategy Identify and drive design of the appropriate technical solution to address business challenges and requirements Facilitate discussion with business and technical stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines Manage day-to-day progress of project tasks Communicate program and project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependencies Minimum Qualifications
Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Experience working with technical engineering teams, cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams Experience multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, quickly processing information, and demonstrating a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions Problem-solver who has experience to overcome challenges with creative solutions Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
