About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

We’re seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Planning group. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Suppliers to support corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations by ensuring optimal supply.

At Marvell, every single chip that we design, put into production, and eventually ship has a team that includes a supply chain planner. You’ll be managing the outside vendors for that chip project including the foundry, assembly, testing, warehousing, and others. You’ll be coordinating the instructions we provide them, scheduling materials, and making sure dates are met. At Marvell, you’ll also be working closely with your internal chip design team and doing some aspects of project management with them as well. Unlike at some other companies, this role comprises external vendor management and internal project management.

What You Can Expect

Support end-to-end supply chain planning across global foundry and OSAT partners. Review supply–demand alignment and address shortages/surpluses. Maintain and release wafer, assembly, and test build plans. Validate key planning inputs (yields, BOMs, routings, capacity assumptions). Maintain a rolling 12-month capacity outlook for external manufacturing. Track wafer starts against the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Support revenue goals through supply readiness and allocation recommendations. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance. Support NPI builds through engineering planning, material readiness, and test availability. Support HVM execution by resolving bottlenecks and aligning schedules. Prepare planning updates using Kinaxis, Power BI, Excel, and other tools. Provide guidance to junior planners and cross-functional partners as needed. Lead planning workstreams or initiatives with multiple teams or external partners. Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements. Facilitate cross-functional discussions and operational decision-making. Lead small project teams or cross-functional groups as assigned. Wage $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:

• Supply chain planning or semiconductor planning.

• Fabless semiconductor or high-tech planning environments.

• Coordinating planning across multiple foundries and OSATs.

• Planning tools such as Kinaxis, JDA, SAP.

• ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).

• Reporting tools, including advanced Excel.

• High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) execution including bottleneck resolution and schedule alignment.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
