Your Responsibilities

As a Director, Global ES&P- Enterprise Insider Risk & Systems Integration for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL you will:

  • Lead enterprise insider risk, security technology integration, governance, investigations, and critical asset protection programs while serving as a strategic advisor to executives on risks impacting people, information, facilities, and technology

  • Act as trusted advisor to CSO on Insider Risk and System Integration

  • Provide advice and guidance as to information protection and provide options based on broad IT knowledge of the current and planned Deere data protection capabilities with foresight on business impact

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive system security integration that aligns with business needs

  • Chair Insider Risk Governance Council and perform as a voting member on business councils that support and require Insider Risk expertise

  • Builds the strategic plan and objectives of Insider Risk program to protect critical assets (Information, People, Technology, and Facilities) which may include inherent risks to sensitive data/information coming from trusted users with approved access to Deere’s facilities, networks, and data

  • Collaborate with asset owners for risk management; assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for their protection

  • Lead Insider Risk and System Integration teams by participating in organizational-wide business planning to bring current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems integration to the organization

  • Provide direction and control of enterprise security systems and systems deployment, production support, data and integration management, network systems, hardware acquisition, access control, data integrity, proprietary information, intellectual property through information security and oversight of two global programs

What Skills You Need

  • 15+ years of combined experience in Technology, Risk Mitigation, and Vulnerability Management

  • Experience working in or with major multinational corporations

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Strong critical thinking acumen, creative problem solving, and crisis management experience are necessary

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 20+ years in corporate security, cybersecurity, investigations, intelligence, risk management, or security technology experience

Education

  • Required – Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management

  • Preferred - Master's Degree in a technology related field with a focus on security management

  • Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, ITPM, CRISC highly desired
