Key responsibilities in your new role

• Problem Solving: Apply established procedures to resolve routine business challenges while developing knowledge of organizational processes, systems, and customer requirements

  • Material Planning: Create and maintain material plans to support both build‑to‑stock and build‑to‑order production environments
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, including order entry, administration, vendor coordination, and logistics activities to ensure seamless execution
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with global supply chain stakeholders to ensure orders flow efficiently through business systems and processes in accordance with company standards
  • Forecasting: Prepare and maintain demand forecasts, volume plans, and production schedules using internal and external data sources
  • Backlog Management: Monitor and manage order backlog while maintaining alignment with department, product line, and business objectives
  • Master Data: Maintain and update master data records in accordance with product lifecycle milestones and operational requirements
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support product ramp‑up and ramp‑down activities
  • Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of sample and qualification materials throughout the product lifecycle as needed
  • Documentation: Generate and distribute Part Change Notices (PCNs) and compile customer support documentation
  • Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (with a supply chain focus), or a related field. Equivalent educational backgrounds will also be considered.
• Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes, systems, and business environments
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• ERP Systems: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred and considered a competitive advantage
• Work Ethic: Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
• Eligibility: Must meet U.S. export control requirements (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or other authorized U.S. person status)
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, as business needs require
