Step into a leadership role where your impact is visible every shift. Hitachi Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead operations during our weekend night shift in Alamo, TN. In this role, you’ll guide a team of production employees, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule to meet customer commitments and operational goals.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
This is a hands-on opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll balance people leadership with operational excellence—driving performance, optimizing resources, and strengthening a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Supervise, train, and assign work to production employees
Monitor and achieve KPIs including safety, delivery, and productivity
Schedule work, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed
Address production, technical, and logistics challenges
Analyze performance data to improve operations and reduce rework
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records
Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and build engagement
Your background
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience; OR associate degree with 4+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
