You will translate global and regional quality strategies into meaningful local actions, ensuring high standards are embedded into daily operations. How You’ll Make an Impact
Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all quality activities
Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies
Embed customer feedback into quality initiatives and resolve escalations
Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certification readiness
Drive quality assurance, control, and risk management practices
Lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods
Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs to guide decision-making
Your Background
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Prior leadership or people-development experience
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data
