How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support

    programs.

  • Apply

    quality

    standards

    to

    manufacturing

    and

    assembly

    processes.

  • Monitor

    and

    report

    on

    quality

    activities,

    progress,

    metrics,

    and

    outcomes.

  • Perform

    daily

    tracking

    and

    observation

    of

    in-process

    inspection

    activities.

  • Maintain

    accurate

    quality

    documentation

    and

    inspection

    records.

  • Assist

    with

    audits,

    corrective

    actions,

    and

    non-conforming

    material

    controls.

  • Promote

    a

    culture

    of

    quality

    through

    training

    and

    awareness

    initiatives.

  • Collaborate

    with

    manufacturing

    teams

    to

    ensure

    compliance

    with

    customer-specific

    requirements.

Your

Background

  • Associate

    degree

    or

    equivalent

    experience

    in

    Business

    Operations,

    Engineering,

    Quality,

    or

    a

    related

    field.

  • Minimum

    2

    years

    of

    experience

    in

    quality

    control,

    quality

    assurance,

    or

    manufacturing

    operations

    preferred.

  • Ability

    to

    interpret

    technical

    drawings,

    specifications,

    and

    manufacturing

    documentation.

  • Strong

    analytical

    and

    problem-solving

    capabilities.

  • Excellent

    communication

    and

    collaboration

    skills

    with

    the

    ability

    to

    influence

    positive

    outcomes.

  • Demonstrated

    ability

    to

    resolve

    quality

    issues
