Job Summary

The Senior Director, Supply Chain (M5) is a critical leadership role responsible for directing all supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, production planning, vendor negotiations, analytics, and distribution. The scope of accountability, leadership responsibilities, and direct impact on operational performance make this role essential to maintaining business stability and meeting organizational goals.

Essential Functions

• Directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.
• Develops and implements strategies to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Oversees and advises on negotiation strategies with vendors to obtain optimal contracts and pricing.
• Provides guidance and strategic direction on analytics used to evaluate past performance and trends to forecast inventory and distribution requirements.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers

Required Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience Associate's Degree
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
• Discipline/Major: Business or Supply Chain Management preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Travel Requirements

25-50% travel likely.

Pay Range (USD)

$172,000.00 - $233,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.

Additional Compensation - ICP

Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Incentive Compensation Program.
