Transformation Leader, Vehicle Operations and Powertrain Manufacturing

Ford Motor Company is seeking a results-driven Transformation Leader to drive Lean, digital, and performance transformation across our Vehicle Operations and Powertrain manufacturing organization — spanning engine, powertrain, battery/EV, and vehicle assembly operations. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, Vehicle Operations & Powertrain, this role acts as a key strategic partner to plant leadership, engineering, and corporate manufacturing teams, embedding a "Safety First," quality-obsessed, cost-disciplined culture as Ford builds a leaner, more digitally enabled, higher-performing manufacturing enterprise.
