Senior Production Supervisor - Quality

Lead the Incoming Quality team members across all shifts, both salary and hourly, to drive Supplier Quality Concerns, ensure Chargebacks are submitted, and Containment actions are put in place to cut quality concerns off and protect our customers and production areas.

Lead the Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP) hourly team members across all shifts, to ensure trial runs are conducted and work with MP&L department on approval process.  Support the plant’s Contamination Reduction Strategic plan.
Represent Quality department, working with the Production Areas, STA, and Suppliers on a daily basis.
